Default huh, that\'s weird, turn c/r river check by villain

Villain is pretty tight. Him having an A here makes no sense. I was obviously going to vb river if he c/c turn and check river. I was obviously going to calldown after this turn c/r. Do I have a value bet or a check here? I'm quite perplexed by his line.

PokerStars 15/30 Hold'em (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
2 folds, SB completes, Hero raises, SB calls.

Flop: (4 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls.

Turn: (3 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB raises, Hero calls.

River: (7 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero?

Don't see any point in not checking.

His hand looks a lot like T9 or TJ, I think you can make a sick little value bet here.

just ck, he folds 9x and total air or u lose to a weak Ax or chop with Tx T9 JT or get cr'd by a boat or straight. this isnt like 8x or 55 that looks u up often enuff to make it >50%.

is A2 definitely a bet here?

What if we had JJ+? At least that way we don't chop with a T.

*edit*
I think any A is a way easy bet because him having AJ+ here requires him to be really bad.

u do realize we chop w/ those now? do u think he folds them often enough if he played it this way that a bet becomes +EV w/ the possibility he played some worse hand htis way ie 8x and will pay off vs all the times he check raises or played Ax really weird?

Check. He check/folds a lot and check/calls an ace sometimes and check/raises other times.

I guess there's a very small possibility he has 98 and makes an LOL call, but I think you're probably chopping (most likely against T8) and more likely to be losing than winning if called.

E-Z check-a-roo.
