Kids don't do this at home

Ever wondered how you can all the useless happyness and feel miserable? Here's the recipe:
- Watch the Super Bowl
- Decide it's not worth going to sleep after the Super Bowl and play some turbos instead
- Go to Paris the next day with no sleep
- Don't eat much due to time constraints
- Find out that today is the appointment for vaxinations for the Africa trip
- Get vaxed up for 7 different things (with no sleap and little food to fall back on)
-> miserable

Pretty simple, I feel like I'm on some really bad trip. Contributions will not be much.
