Turn top two.. and fold?
$1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players Hero (CO): $540.00 BTN: $198.00 SB: $197.00 BB: $490.80 UTG: $226.00 MP: $240.90 Ok to reads. UTG is kinda donkish with like a 47%VPIP.BB is kinda loose preflop but I haven't seem him get out of line after the flop. Sb is new to table so no read. BB UTG and I played a pot a couple rounds ago where all three of us got it in on the turn on a board of: Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 : [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]: I had A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], BB had K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], and UTG had 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. UTG bet I pushed and BB pushed after me and UTG called. So onto the hand... Pre-Flop: J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]dealt to Hero (CO) UTG raises to $7, MP folds, Hero calls, SB calls BB calls. Sometimes I raise here and sometimes I just call and try to get someone tagging in from the blinds to play a big pot with a deceptive hand in position. This time I elected to call. Flop: (28$) T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players) Sb checks, Bb checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $18, fold, BB calls, UTG calls. Turn: ($82) J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players) UTG bets 40$, Hero raises to $116, BB shoves. UTG folds, Hero? I was so lost here.. help. |

Re: Turn top two.. and fold?
That's the standard line a set would take, and unless I had a read otherwise I'm not calling when someone check raises 230bb into a 120bb pot.
