This may sound stupid, but I'd appreciate an answer to both questions.
#1) When folded to you in the small blind at .25NL, what is the optimal standard raise? #2) More specific: my stupid slide bar on Ongame sites jumps from .50 to 1.00 (and it's very annoying for me to type in the right number). So, if you had to choose between making it .65 to go, and 1.15 to go, which would you choose (they both seem wrong to me) |

#1 - 4x
#2 - 1.15, IMO typing the number owns the slidebar. |

I usually raise 4x if folded to me in the SB. If its folded to the SB and he limps and I'm BB. I usually make it a little larger 4.5-5x

Thanks. I realize that the difference between $1.15 and $1.00 is pretty trivial, but on the other hand, if $1 is just as good (or better), and I'm playing 1,000s of hands, then I guess it adds up.
I don't mind typing, but the software kind of sucks for it, for some reason. It's partly due to my own set-up, and I won't bore you with why it's difficult for me to type it in. Thanks again for the answers. |
