Problem keeping up my game/duration

I make recurrent donk moves or push marginl hands to far around the bubble consistently. Up until about 3 hrs or so of play I am very much in control, but propell myself from a chip position often among the 30 best in field that originally where 1000+- to low desperate stack needing to take risk way to often. Advice on how to keep the donk within down?
