Default Problem with Iron Man Store

I attempted to purchase a $26 token from the Iron Man store to play in the 26K guarantee tourney. The medals were deducted from my account. This was 3 hours before the tourney.

I got no token.

I wrote to support regarding this and have yet to have a response.

I am playing in the tourney with a cash buy in. Should I expect a cash refund from FTP?

FYP. They've said before that they're overloaded right now with the Ironman Store items and they're working on automating it. You should expect your token within the next two weeks, I believe.

Also, don't expect a refund.

No, I've heard very mixed reviews on the FTP Store. Some people get their items in 3 days, some still waiting after over a month. Also, FTP Store =/= Ironman Store.

I can't edit my first post, so I'll just reply again.

I said that you should expect your token within the next two weeks. What I meant was that it may take up to two weeks or so for you to get it, but it may very well take much less time. I've never ordered anything from the Ironman Store, I'm just judging by the people I know who HAVE ordered things.

I did the same thing when the iron man store first opened. I've still got a token sitting in my freaking account. Has anyone had any luck trading them back in for cash?
