best way to play 720p/1080p/mkv/x264 fileson ps3

Hello

Ive been using Tversity and tried many other programs for streaming audio and video to my ps3. But if you stream mkv files with tversity and the files got ac3 audio you will only get the ps3 to play them with 2/0 stereo wich is crap. Ive got a full surround system plugged into my ps3 system so i want the full use of it. So what is the best way to watch these files on your ps3 without loosing any audio and video quality? thank you
