5cs starting pair questions.

This time I have questions, not Q's [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

Anyway, I want to ask about starting bets in PL 5cs with pairs. The games are on prima which spreads this game.

1) Low pairs (below 88?) to over cards. like 55 to xK or lower
2) Low pairs to xA
3) Mid-Low pairs that are higher than the board
4) Hidden A with weak door card

Do I raise, call, or jam in these spots. Assume my paired cards are live but you can split out the xA having one dead A, etc.
