We are 5 handed.

UTG raises, folded to me and I call in the BB with K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
I check raise, UTG just calls.

Turn: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
I bet, He calls

River: T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I hate these spots, and usually end up defaulting to bet/fold.

If youre goping to call a bet then its better to bet yourself since you always loose one bet when behind anyway so you want to win 1 bet for the times youre ahead, and fold to a raise of course

perfect advice, we need to bet here and fold to a raise for this specific reason

[/ QUOTE ]Against some LAGTAGS (especially the laggier), I think C/C is +EV because he'll bet a lot of jank that he wouldn't have called a bet with.

Most want to bet fold....is check folding unreasonable? Is he really going to value bet 99, 66, K8s, JdTd ?

Do you say this b/c you think he it unlikely that he call the flop raise with the intention of folding to a turn bet? He calls either to raise the turn or just call down?
