Default Ben Wallace Worst FT Shooter Ever?

Has anyone ever been this bad? Obviously Shaq is horrible but the Hack-A-Shaq has always been more amusing than actually effective. And there have been some bad FT shooting slumps (Vin Baker missing like 12 in a row comse to mind, Adonal Foyle did this too i think) but I can't think of a guy performing this badly in the late stages of the playoffs.

Nick Anderson.

But for real, Dudley and Dale Davis are pretty atrocious.

Ben Wallace has the lowest FT% of anyone with 1000 attempts (.418)

40%, of course it's bad, but it seems like since yesterday everyone realized Ben is completely worthless at anything offensive and incapable of hitting ft's.

I have a recollection of Rodman being 50-50 on made FTs and airballs.

and because shooting 50% from the ft line is pretty easy for most basketball fans (I'm assuming most basketball fans also play)

It should be for a professional. If I had all day and all night to practice shooting, I'd imagine it wouldn't be all that tough. Ben Wallace is a highly paid athlete. He can afford to practice, get coaches and do whatever. Obviously he hasn't or can't but you figure a finely tuned athlete should be able to atleast get over 50%.

I think free throw ability and hand size go hand in hand. The bigger your hands, the harder it is. That being said, he should be shooting a higher %.
