Flop- b/f, it's not a terrible flop for JJ vs this guy.

Turn- call is good after checking flop

River- don't see how you can call here.

I bet this flop especially against an aggromonkey. River fold is standard.

True, so please can we bet this flop

turn call is good but because you missed a bet on the flop we have no clue whats going on still.

The way he has played it he has asked to be bluffed at and that looks like what he's done. I hate having to call this but I think calling is not a bad play here considering how weak you have played your hand.

in future you have to bet this flop and check the turn instead

Ok folding is better than calling this river but is no one even considering calling this villan in this spot?

It's one of those spots I wouldn't be in because I couldn't imagine not betting that flop

I checked the flop because I thought I could get value on later streets from smaller pairs, and because I thought a worse hand might bluff at me on the turn and shut down on the river. Is that just flawed thinking? Are we betting this flop hoping to get called by a worse pair and/or looking to get AK to fold?

betting folding flop is level 1 thinking, you are turning your hand into a bluff. It is the easiest way to play it, but I wouldn't do it.

Calling the turn is std. if you check.

On the river, its really villain, gameflow dep. If I know the villain will try to value me when I look weak, then I call. If he tends to just push with good hands I pitch.

I've called the river with worse really.

If AQ and JJ are the best hands you check the flop with, you gotta call this at least some % of the time.
