I want a phone with a real QWERTY for AT&T
The iPhone looks really cool I just don't think it's for me. The only thing I ever use my phone for is
Talking on the telephone Text messaging. Switching to Verizon or anyone else isn't an option. So basically what's the coolest no-frills phone with a real QWERTY on it. The Voyager from LG is like perfect, I wish I could get it. Stuff like Blackberries is eh, an option but I really do not need a PDA phone at all. Price isn't an issue. |

Thing is once a phone has a Qwerty on it, you're pretty much in PDA/smartphone territory.
Some phones that are out there that might be what you're looking for: The AT&T Tilt Nokia 9300 Sony Ericsson P910a AT&T 8125 Look around for reviews of those and you'll probably find a lot more like them. |

Okay, I stumbled upon the Moto Q Global. I can get it for $200 post-rebate. Thoughts?
I'll look in to those phones, thank you.\ Okay, aside from the Tilt none of those phones are available. The Tilt is neat but it's just WAY TOO THICK. |

Re: I want a phone with a real QWERTY for AT&T
I'd check out similarly priced Blackberrys first, but I do admit I'm biased.
I haven't had my hands on the Q Global yet but I played with the last one and they are really sleek for Qwerty devices, I've just heard average things about them in general really, but I've never owned one. CNET.com has tons of phone reviews by editors and users, probably worth checking out. |

Are there any ATT stores in your area? You could go get some hands on with the keyboards and see what fits your hand well.

Get the Tilt or the 8525, they are both excellent phones. QWERTY keyboard, Windows Mobile, true 3G speeds (depending on where you are, here in Seattle it's like using broadband most everywhere I go.)
These phones made by HTC are so much better than the gay iPhone. |

[/ QUOTE ] My treo, on ATT, works great. I had a WinCE device before that, and it was garbage. My Treo works great. (Although, of course, hasn't stopped me from coveting the iPhone.) |
