Default FPP Satellite Question

I have a question regarding Stars' FPP satellites.
I see that for 1,000 FPP's I can play a Round 1 satellite to the 5,000 FPP Round 2 qualifier.
My question is, if I qualify to the second round satellite, can I unregister and keep the 5k FPP just like you do with T$ or W$?

Just to clarify, I understand that you can unregister for tourneys you've qualified for and recieve T$ or W$ where applicable. My question is specifically about the FPP satellites. If I qualify for the 5,000 FPP Round 2 qualifier, can I just unregister and keep the 5,000 FPP?

Thanks in advance for any help!

I've asked this question before a couple months ago and was told you could get the FPP's. I have never done it though.
