Raise teh preflops. Raise flop, fold push. Bet turn and check river if he calls.

At the time I felt like BB raising out of position rather than checking was a showing of strength, and with my poor relative position I didn't mind seeing the flop first before bloating the pot. I'm still trying to get a handle on how aggressively to play hands like this against a raiser preflop; would you mind expanding on what other hands you'd feel comfortable 3-betting with here in this spot?

I'd run to get a drink from the kitchen and didn't make it back in time to catch the action the first time around, and so the first "actual" decision was from after the raise.
