Re: [100NL] KJ, 2pair vs loose villain on bad turn
I would fold/complete/whatever PF. I'd c/c a tiny tiny bet on the flop, check/fold most of the time.

Re: [100NL] KJ, 2pair vs loose villain on bad turn
i would raise it more preflop 8$ (Villain is 85/13/.37 over 50 hands.) He's not folding 83 offsuit, and youre way ahead of his range. Pot the flop cause he is looking you up with nothing. Turn is fine I guess, although bet/fold is probably a better line. He seems very passive so he will probably only raise if he has the A.

Re: [100NL] KJ, 2pair vs loose villain on bad turn
I don't really see the need to raise so much pf. Even against someone very loose, you've still got a very marginal holding out of position. You can bump it up to $4 just as well, or just limp in. As far as the flop, it seems fine. Also, no real reason to fool around on the turn. The only concern here is that he held K-10 or something, but he likely won't hold something like that enough, so checking and folding seems just fine.
