Quick sole proprietor DBA question
I have a registered DBA for "XYZ" I opened a store named "ABC" do I need to go and register a DBA for ABC? Or can I do business as XYZ running a store called ABC? Let me know if I'm not making sense and I'll try to clear it up.

Re: Quick sole proprietor DBA question
I think you need a DBA for ABC. The exception that I am aware of is if ABC somehow includes your name (i.e. K-slay Market). I don't know if the rules for this are determined locally or on a larger scale. My experience is in California and it's very limited.
