I was worried about a bigger flush draw here. My question is, if there had been just the bet and no raise, can I Raise the flop with my pair+open end+flush draw? Notice I have 2 outs to the straight flush. Sorry if this seems easy, I'm just learning this game. |

Your thinking is pretty good here... A call here would be very bad, but yes you can definitely raise the flop w/ this kind of hand..

Re: Fairly new to Omaha. .25/.5PL Open-ended and bad flushdraw.
This hand plays great HU because the pair means you're in decent shape against a pure draw in addition to having lots of outs against a set or two pair. You could definitely raise in that situation. In a multi-way pot though, only having 7.5 outs to the nuts hurts you. (Note that you have the nut BDFD here as well. It's not enough to make this a call three ways, but it definitely improves your hand and should not be ignored.)

you were officially priced out of the hand, and more often than not, youre stack is grateful.
like iggy says; HU, the flop push might mean lots of things. against a multiway pot tho, audi. |
