Default little problem

The next situation occures a lot to me:

when in the BB with Q8o or something like that. 3-4 players with me in the pot, all limped in. Flop comes like:
QT4 with 2 of the same suit.
I bet out, about 8/10 of the pot and get raised by a player in MP. What do i do? Does he have a Q or is he just raising his flush draw. I fold these type of hands... but is that correct?
