Default what restrictions are there currently on the 11 states?

i never really paid much attention because i don't live in one of them, but i just found out that NY is one of them, and i might want to move there next year.

you can still play stars/ftp and get all the regular cashout methods, right? i guess one fear is that if frank's bill gets passed then these stats might opt out of online gambling?

The restricted states can still play stars/FTP. Apparently people in NY are having trouble getting checks though.

NY law does not make PLAYING poker illegal, so you can still play if you move there without much worry. This is also true in Nevada.

NY law tries to make the providers of online poker criminals, but that law is subject to many attacks and has yet to be tested in court. It did scare the credit card companies though.
