Reload!

Played it fine, don't even think about folding to the min raise. You don't have many options when short, I'm going broke here w/ 50bbs.

With half a stack you're forcing yourself not to be able to get away from this hand even if you wanted.

What about taking the line of rr preflop to 5-6 and shoving the flop?

RR this PF and you probably don't get here........He has 5-6 Never.

Looks like you're beat here nonetheless.

I don't think this was played all that bad. Read on the player would help - but I'd maybe just recommend a smallish RR PF to see where you're at and define your hand better.

He sure is playing like your beat though. I'm calling set.

I would reraise preflop to 5 because you don't have the button + to be able to commit on the flop. If he shoves I am folding. As played I am definitely checking behind on the turn because we are WA/WB; 56 is not impossible if he is a creative player, a flushdraw heads-up is not the first thing to worry about, he could have AA, KK or 77 which means you are toast and more importantly if he has 88-QQ or KQ there is a big chance he will fold to another turnbet. If you bet here you tighten his range soooo much that you are beat or you are chopping, betting the turn IMO could even be called a mistake.

With a short stack and a strong hand, you really want to re-raise pre-flop, I think. If you flop top pair, it's easier to get the money in. If you get smooth called and whiff the flop, you've represented a big hand and will likely be able to pick the pot up on the flop.

Really no shame losing 50 BB with TPTK on a fairly harmless board and no real reads.

No checking behind here on turn IMO because you aren't deep enough to worry about protecting your stack, but you may have bet slightly less to draw in worse hands like KJ or whatever he may have who might get scared of a PSB.
