Default Recommended 7 card Stud reading

Hi all,

I used the search feature without luck, so if there are already threads addressing which books to read please link them for me.

I am complete beginner, I was wondering what books people would recommend and what order they would recommend reading them in.

Cheers,

Default Hello,Pop! 7-Card Stud by Roy West and 7Card Stud by

Konstantin Othmer. Ignore the mathematics--just study the various recommendations in different spots.
After thoroughly studying these two books,THEN study the advanced 7-card stud version by RayZee.

Just picked up Bob Ciaffone's "Improve Your Poker" and am just about thru it. Not specific to stud but does have some material on stud including stud8, and a good bit about general poker thinking. I like it. Very clearly presented. Includes many examples of situations and quizzes on applying material covered.

Anybody else with opinions of this book?

I liked this book. A good book to help tie things together after you have been reading a variety of other texts.
