sportsbook a US player with a "hostile bank" can deposit on somehow?

does anyone know of any sportsbook sites out there that are reputable that either find a way to accept credit cards that the bulk of sites reject (i.e. mine), can be bypassed with online gift card tricks, or take money from online payment services that will actually take my card? i've been trying to deposit to any sportsbook in the world that looks remotely acceptable for the past 5 hours and it just seems impossible. any help greatly appreciated.
