Beat: Stress Fracture

Not really sure if I have one, but the bottom of the my foot hurts like a bitch. I figured I am too heavy to be running alot and it has finally caught up with me.

I had one before during junior year of high school playing basketball, feels about like the same thing.

I guess I will be riding bikes alot in the near future.

Anyone have any experience with this and tips to heal?
