Default 200NL vs 100NL, what to expect?

The move from 50NL to 100NL took a little time for me, mainly because of the increased pot size. I did find the players almost as bad. Now I will soon be trying some 200NL, what can I expect in terms of differences between that and 100NL?

More 3betting, regulars are better (but still not great), more floating, more aggro-fish. If you can make the adjustments though it's just as easy as 100nl.

More reraises preflop.

More aggressive guys, obviously.

Btw, is 3betting the same as reraise preflop?
