Default Donktitude level rising

After slowly and carefully working my way nearly out of my 11 buyin downswing over a week or so i managed to drop 6 buyins in the span of 1.2k hands today. I always feel like every move I'm making during a downswing is quite terrible. I'm guessing I should be pushing this hand AI on the turn? Any comments on the rest of the hand?

Your turn bet is too low. But a push is probably too strong (even though its not that much more)

I'm betting $5-6 on the turn.
