Default sustainable win rates at .25/.50, .50/1

I was wondering if y'all had any idea what a sustainable win rate was or what you have experienced at (stars) .25/.50 and .50/1. I don't have enough hands yet to draw a conclusion for my own win rate.

My guess would be that a decent player could do 3 BB/100, a good player could do 5 BB/100 and an expert could maybe do 7+ BB/100...
