We are so lucky its untrue
mods, sorry if this should be somewhere else,
but i think we should have a thread of pretty much saying how sick lcuky we have all been. we can sit in front of a laptop/computer and make a better hourly rate than almost anyone else our age. online poker has changed my life so much for the better i really think all of us winning players should sometimes take a step back and think rather in big students debts we have somehow been lucky enough to win a big amount of money playing a computer game which allows us to be ballas. yes i am drunk but sobered up enough that i can spell fine, all i want to say is that we should never take for granted how obsenely lucky we have been. lets all f-ing enjoy ourselves to the max, and if you want to listen to a great pump up tune i recommend 'on the beach' by 'york. a 1990s tune which is a great dance tune. i know i will wake up and think 'i hope i didnt post this, you are a drunk [censored]', but lets just enjoy how [censored] sweet we have it. good luck all and if in doubt, balla it john kane

it would seriously suck if they proved online poker a game of skill and then a horde of pros came to learn how to play and then there was no more lots of fishies [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I just turned 18 and I made $9k last week. However, it took a LOT of work to get to the point I'm at now. But then again, LOL, it didn't take as long as it takes most people to become doctors or lawyers! Just so you know, I'm not belittling them or any non-poker player by ANY means. I'm still going to go to college, and I'm still going to get a degree. But poker sure does helps a ton.

Just today I was talking with my dad (who's retired), and he said "hey you want to play some golf some time, or go sailing?" and I replied "sure, any day is good" It may not sound too extraordinary, but I think it is
