Full tilt rakeback Iron man challenge

i have rakeback and i chosed the medals over the bronze freeroll because it doesn't hurt my MGR. My question is do i still have to email full tilt to opt out of the freeroll? I am asking this because my iron man preferences were not particpating and i just changed it to medals right now.
