Default LIVE $45+10 MULLIGAN NL - KQs in BB V. BUTTON RAISE OR

Apologize for not using converter, but all action here is PF.

$45+10 mulligan - starting chip stack t3k

Read on Villain is thinking TAG, have played him b4, and stacked him during the mulligan period w/ 2 pair over 2 pair. Villain had caught AA 2x in last hour and a half,

Situation: 1 player away from final table. I have a slight edge in chip stack over the table at t15k vs Villain w/ 13.5. My table image is solid TAG, w/ quite a bit of FE.

Blinds $400/800

Hero dealt K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] In BB, 1 limper, folded to villain on button, who raises to t3200. I have him on AK or mid pp. I reraise AI - hoping he doesnt want to put all his chips at risk for a coin flip.

He turns over AA, which barely holds up (flopped pair OESD and 3 flush, 4 by turn) then blank river.

This is the kind of situation I often exit a tournament lately. Is my thinking way out of wack here? I can see how the push may look foolish (and probably is).

Or did I just get unlucky on my push. If I had called I don't see myself getting away from the hand on the flop, so I guess my question is more about overall stratagy and my thought process. Please advise

Final table? ITM?

If villain is aggressive, and sometimes steal in LP, this is very standard. If he only raises with good hands(and prob don't fold them), it's a fold.

PAID TO 4. VILLAIN HAS SHOWN TO BE SOLID, NOT RAISING W/ AIR OFTEN. I AGREE FOLD IS PROB CORRECT, BUT COULDN'T PULL THE TRIGGER..

It's not a results related post...in the normal sense...but I can see how that might taint a response..I just dn want to represent as a bad beat. I guess I'm just trying to determine if this is a leak or a hand that I should routinely fold as opposed to a reasonable move to get him off a good hand, that merely ended up badly..
