Can anyone tell me how to put my music DVD's on to my MP3 player? Tried Google to find instructions but had no luck.

Music DVD's meaning DVD's with music on them (mp3, etc.) or DVD movies of people playing music? If it's the first, drag and drop? (Load your mp3 player using the instructions for the mp3 player.) If it's the second, no.

I'm talking about concert DVD's. Someone at work said I had to load the DVD onto my computer and then change the format so I could put it on MP3 player. Is this not possible?

one way to do it is to use audacity to record the songs. I am not sure of any of the MP3 software will do it.
With Audacity you can run a cord from the headphone out to the mic in and record the sound that way. |

I've just used XMPEG (http://www.xmpeg.net/website/) to extract the sound from a DVD to an mp3 file in one go.
The interface is a little cryptic. What you need to do is - cancel the wizard - right click and choose 'Open DVD root' - right click and choose 'Extract audio to mp3 file...' |
