Unevenly toned arms what to do
Basically my left arm is more distinctivly(?) toned than my right. Kinda of odd because I'm a righty but my whole life I have be stronger in the left then right. I started going to the gym last week and have been doing pretty good with switching it up every day and having a good diet. My question is if I continue to just workout like usual will my right arm catch up so to speak to my left or should I lift more wieghts with my rigth than my left. Also, is this something that is normal.

Re: Unevenly toned arms what to do
Take measurements. If one is smaller, cut volume from larger one. Or maybe more drastic if its alot.
Mine are 1/4 inch difference or so. |

Re: Unevenly toned arms what to do
yeah it's somewhere from 1/4 to 1/2 inch different if that. Basically my left bicept is a lot more noticable than my right when not flexing.

Just work through the imbalance. Things should even up fairly quickly.

Re: Unevenly toned arms what to do
When you do arm exercises, start with the weaker one and end with the weaker one.
