Default Red Dragon in Seattle 3-24 spread

Off exit 178 I think? Yay, a game that isn't limit. It runs Thursday nights, one table. I got on it at about 11 PM last Thursday and it's super loose and passive. PFR to 20 with kings and 1/2 blinds, 5 callers. Very easy money, I plan on going there again this week. Anyone go there frequently?

I don't know about buy in restrictions, I bought in for 300. I actually don't think there is, as you can just move from the limit games to the spread limit game with all your chips.

Seems like it's more akin to a 12-24 game with super-small blinds than to a NL game. I assume that there is still a 4-bet cap (it would have to, I think, to be legal)? Does it play with the usual NL rule that each bet or raise has to be at least as large as the previous one?

Do they still play on re-used paper setups there?
