Default 100-200-400 Hand in Bobby\'s Room vs Viffer

Game is a 3-blind min 40k buy-in game. This is about an hour into the session. I've been playing way tighter than normal thus far (still probably looser and more aggressive than the rest of the nitty table but nothing out of line). Viffer is normally a very tight player who makes random big moves but this session he seems to be playing absurdly snug (not so much preflop as post-flop: seems to be playing pretty weak post-flop: probably scared money to some extent).

A brief summary of my history with Viffer: Viffer talks a lot of trash about how I suck and give too much action (always joking about wanting to get me in the game), but I have no idea why since we've only played one session together when he rivered quads vs my higher set and other than that we didn't really clash.

Anyway, I raise UTG+1 to $1400 with 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Guy two to my left calls, Viffer calls from the small blind. I have $50k and Viffer covers.

Flop (4800): A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Viffer checks, I bet 3200, Guy folds, Viffer asks how much it is then immediately calls.
Turn (11200): 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Viffer checks, I bet 7800. He says "how much you got left over there kid?" and I tell him "about 40" and he thinks for two seconds and calls.
River (26800): 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Viffer immediately leads out for 7800.

Who folds? Who puts him in? Who raises to 25k or some other amount?

I would probably stick it all in since the only hand he can have that can call that is 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and the Viffer I know would've played that MUCH stronger already, so he probably doesn't have that hand which means he can't really call an AI. The river bet seems like he wants you to raise him but probable hand-ranges argue otherwise.

PS. I also don't play that high

Looks like some weird block/value bet.
I dont play even close to this level but i would shove it in his mug. Would you bet the turn with AK/AQ or check behind for pot control. I know this varies on the flow of the match. Shove it in. He can only call with a very small range and only one hand makes sense, 8clubs - 9/10 clubs.

Either he has 8cXc or he folds. I kinda think that's a big part of his range though. The bet just looks so much like he wants you to raise, and his comments earlier in the hand suggest a drawing hand there, which lessens the chance he's just block-betting AJ or something. I also can't see him bluffing because there's no way you can fold an ace for the price. I think I fold.

Scared money betting into you on the end? I really think this is an easier fold than people are making it out to be than making a heroic allin.

allow me to clarify. Viffer is not on case money and he plays big all the time, he was probably playing bigger than normal and nitting it up a bit as a result but it's not like i can get him to fold 77 here and he only bets AA or quads.
