Default Re: Bill Chen Deal Making

Not sure how many are aware of this but Bill Chen had a bet with Gavin Smith on the first round of the shootout, it was a last longer of Gavin's 2,000 to Bill's 4,000, but you had to win your table.

Doesn't this make it even more unethical that he made the deal, Secondly does this void the bet?

Surely Gavin will not pay 2,000 when he only had an approximate 2:1 chip lead does he pay based on chip equity or not at all?

Thoughts?
