Gary Carson insults again
First, I was impressed that a well-known author is maintaining regular discussions on rec.gambling.poker with his readers. He was looking sensitive and careful with his chatters. Then, I'll made a tour of his blog on mathandpoker.com and found that the guy brings insults to every author he contests, rather than fighting with his ideas. Mason was insulted there. I won't reproduce here the text on respect.
Now I found a thread on rec.gambling.poker where the subject is an article whose author is insulted just for the length of his article! http://groups.google.ro/group/rec.gambli...1a838fbc191f1d9 This guy sees a competitor in anyone who share the same field of expertise with him or has some behavioral problems?

Carson has admitted he has a problem with Bi-Polar and goes off his meds. now and then.
This may be the case here. BUT I AM NOT SURE. He is also a little strange IMHO....

Hey, I like Gary Carson. He's a writer, given to flowerly language. I am not so sure I understand the math of what is written here but Carson's ideas are fine. We need some controversial writers to keep the discussion flowing.

I can not agree with insults, even if he is a writer.
