Cash Out at Party through bank wire, which currency to select.

I want to cash out 10K from Party through a bank wire. The site asks for my bankaccounts currency, which is euro. Of course Party will screw me with the exchange rate, which means I will only get about 7100 euro in my account.
If I select dollar, I pay the $10 cashout price but I assume my bank will handle the currency transfer which will give me about 7300 euro. Am I correct in this assumption?
Meaning, can I choose dollars on the cashout screen when my bank account currency is euro?
