I think the block bet on the turn just adds more evidence he's got the flush.

His river bet was pretty instant, so I'm not sure if he hit the flush. I've also not really shown any signs that I'm willing to fold, so I don't think this is a bluff, and I can't really see any weaker hand that bets.
