3/6 Unprotecting Straddler
Loose table, not totally passive but little pre-flop 3-bets... typical live game mostly. Guy straddles whenever he's winning but rarely protects against raise. And I mean rarely; he folds 3/5 times, calls 1/5, re-raises other time... how do you approach this?
EP? LP? BB, SB? And obviously I'm asking from perspective of playing the whole table, not just straddler. |

If it's folded to you LP I'd open with a lot of hands... otherwise play normally.

Re: 3/6 Unprotecting Straddler
If you will be first to open, I'd 3-bet with a pretty broad range, basically anything that I would normally limp with, particularly if the table is unlikely to adjust to the live straddler.

he folds 3/5 times [/ QUOTE ] Well, you show an immediate profit by raising. |
