Default NL50 QQ against half-stack K-high flop

Second orbit but UTG seemed pretty loose, like everyone at the table (table VPIP >50%).

EverestPoker Game #1350638116: Table Doha-2 - $0.25/$0.50 - No Limit Hold'em - 17:45:22 - 2007/04/04
Seat 1: UTG ($25.70)
Seat 2: CO ($90.35)
Seat 3: Button ($78.35)
Seat 4: Hero ($50.00)
Seat 6: BB ($52.55)

*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Hero[Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]]
UTG raises to $1.75, CO calls $1.75, Button folds, Hero raises to $8.25, BB folds, UTG calls $6.50, CO folds.

*** FLOP *** ($18.75) [K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]]
Hero bets $18.00 (UTG has 17.75 behind)

Since any kind of cbet commits me and the last thing I want is to give free cards I figured I'd take the best of it by pushing, right?

I like it, no sense in check folding here if you ask me.

If you're willing to felt it, might it be better to give him a chance to bluff at it with a worse hand?

I think by checking the flop we are allowing OP to take a free card if he is on a flush draw, so by putting him AI on the flop we make him decide whether his flush draw is worth his stack. Betting seems to make the most sense to me in this case.

I doubt after 3 betting preflop he is going to try and bluff away this flop much. He will probably check behind and big flush draw he may have or anything else he wants to draw to and check behind TT or JJ. might as well push and put him to the test for his stack

I copy and paste them in notepad. Then double click on the player names and search/replace them with CO/UTG/etc.

Then just some more formatting and adding pot size. Colours and stuff if I'm bored.

I figure if I want to take people's time to review and respond then I can take some time beforehand to make it easier to read.

In 3 bet pots I greatly discount a FD esp with the Ks on the flop...
