hot and cold streaks?

I dont know if i belive in running hot or cold. do you guys?? Like yesterday i sat down for 30 mins and went up 50bb and then tonight i was playing and went down 60bb. Im not saying i didnt misplay hands or go on a little tilt. But at the same time it seemed like every one caught two pair on my AAx hands or hit there flush on my two pair. I hear stud variance can be horrible.

I guess my question(s) would be 1) is it normal to just have a 60bb down swing from hell. 2) should u maybe shut it down after you lose a certain amount, ya know re group for some time?? thank you for the help and listening to this rant

pretty normal swings. stud is really difficult for me when im on a huge downswing, so i usually stop and switch games.

Those swings are of a reasonable size, I wouldn't worry too much. If you are feeling bad about your loss it's almost always a good time to quit for psychological reasons.
