I doubt he's value betting the river with a T so that leaves a random scare card bluff, rivered QJ, or the value betting K. What are you repping? No flush or straight is c/ring the paired board that hard so he has to put you on TT/99 exactly to c/r with the full house after missing your bet on the turn. I don't think Kx folds as often as you like and the straight definitely doesn't. If you think he's bluffing the scare K often enough than just call, but I think raise is bad here.

it does take QJ out of that range and also it could be more likely he would VB a big ace
