Default 25NL - AA Missed Value?

No reads on villain at this point, although he turned out to be rather loose.

Should I bet more on the turn? I wanted to make sure not to fold out some mediocre hands like top pair...

And is there value in a river bet? I'll get paid off by JJ-KK, but not much else. Maybe A9/K9 once in a while. But there are a lot of hands that have me beat, especially since the river paired the board.

Thoughts?

I don't think he would check trips or a FH after your weak turn bet. Shove river.

Definitely bet more on the turn, you want value from flush draws/midpairs/top pair. River check behind is good.

3bet $3 PF, maybe more since you're deep.

Villain may well have QJ spades or KQ spades or a lower overpair. I think you should shove river because if he has a set or even T9 why would he check this turn when there are 2 flush draws on the board and you could have AK suited?

One other point is that you are not betting enough on the turn because if he has a flush draw he probably has enough implied odds to call here and he may also decide to bluff any club or spade river as well. I bet around $8.50.

There's no point in shoving because no worse hand calls our bet. Villain can easily have something like 10x here and be scared of his kicker, just because he checked doesn't mean he have him beat.

Actually, after heros strange turn bet size, I think KK and QQ will call here and maybe JJ as well.

Just to add that if you knew villain was rather loose(but not extremely loose) when you played this hand then the river check becaomes the best play because a ten is much more likely. If villain was extremely loose clearly a river shove is the best play. Also the fact that this is 4 handed may change things a bit, especially if you have been reraising preflop with a wider range than usual.

Definitely bet more on the turn and I think that the river check is fine.
