Default Tough AA hand deep in reraised pot

Stars 2/4
Villian is dayninja, tonight was first time playing with him but he seems like a very good TAG running about 21/17, probably one of you guys. We were on 2 or 3 tables together and we have both been 3 betting and squeezing each other constantly. He has generally been getting the best of me in the reraised pots because I haven't hit any flops except for one pot where I bluffed him on a 4 flush river. The button in the hand is bad and is generally a calling station. He is like 45/15. Thus, I don't think villian is floating the flop with the station still to act. Also, I think he is usually slowplaying sets on this board because it is so dry, to induce action from the button, and because I have a wide range most of which can't stand a flop raise. On the turn c/r'ing seems bad as he likely folds anything I beat, Is bet/folding or bet/calling better here? Now the river, its only a half pot bet so I'm getting 3-1, but its hard to see him pushing with anything I beat. Could he be value betting QQ/KK here? Call or Fold river? Is it close? Could I possibly block this river for like 200?

the only hands i see you beating here are kk/qq obv and i dont see him not 4betting pf with KK sometimes QQ too. and i doubt he'd push the river with either of those if he was going to bet the turn
