99 facing river bet.... easy fold?(100nl)

Villian is 22/3/0.35 over a tiny sample. I have been getting played back at SO much in recent hands at this table. LIke everytime I make a c-bet HU they raise I have nothing and fold. I'm hoping to pick up a hand to play back...
