Default SuperSystem 2 - what does this mean?

On page 58 of SuperSystem 2 Doyle says: "...he demanded to play $100,000 Nassaus with automatic presses anytime someone got two holes down."

I know that this is not so important, but what does it mean?! I just don't understand the meaning of this phrase "$100,000 Nassaus with automatic presses" and have to know it.
