Affiliate/Bonus Question

I'm wondering which Affiliates prevent players from playing, or receiving bonuses, at more than one of their casinos. Obviously where the T&Cs so state, one would be aware of this, but I've seen posts on this and other fourms indicating that sometimes affiliates prevent a player from receiving a bonus, or having an account, at more than one sight without stating so in the T&Cs. Casino Blasters comes to mind (G. Palace, Onlinecasino, etc.), and I believe they changed their T&Cs to so reflect. Can anyone give some input on some of the other major affiliates (or lesser known affiliates) that allow, or don't allow, multiple accounts/bonuses, including:

1) Focal Clicks (Omni, Sands, 49er)
2) Partner Logic (Inter & VIP)
3) Affiliate Lounge (Cherry, Betsson, Euro, Domain)
4) Casino Pays (M-Gold, USA, etc.)
5) My Sports Affiliate (Players Only, Aces, etc.)

....and any others worth noting?
