Re: Last one for today: KTo
Betting sounds good. If UTG is real LAGgy, I'd've expected him to raise the flop with a queen, so I might be tempted to call down from his raise. If MP3 raises, I'd fold.

Re: Last one for today: KTo
looks like i'm not the only one who spends all day on TpT.
i think hero bets out on the turn. if either the LAP or the LAG had a queen, you'd have seen more action on the flop. I think you're the only person with two-pair here. UTG may raise you, but i doubt this is a b/f situation. would a LAG really have not raise with TP but suddnely come alive with trips? nah, bet and call down if raised i think. |

Re: Last one for today: KTo
PF: I dont raise KTo after 2 limpers in the SB, so complete is good for me.
Flop: Betting is nice, a lot fewer folks limp Qx, so your hand might be good. Turn: I would approach this a little differently. IF you want to get to showdown, cuz you think there is a good chance your hand is good, then check and call 1 bet back to you. Checking will induce a Q to bet (of course), but also a bluff bet from a worse T or even underpairs. At these levels, guys smell 'weakness' and tend to reflexively bet in to that weakness. So if the middle guy bets, and last guy raises, then your are gone. IF middle guy checks and last guy bets I would call. Middle guy wont check a Q here, but last guy may bet light. IF it checks thru, I dont see that as a big problem. On the river, ck call one bet (if there are bets on the turn) and consider value betting on river, if turn checked thru. I personally like this approach better than bet/fold. But what do I know. Todd |

b/f or b/c, depending on which one raises.

Re: Last one for today: KTo
why didn't you check with the intention of C/Ring the LAG/LAP player?

Re: Last one for today: KTo
Why are we leading into the battlefield with a weak hand with no chance of folding the myriad of drawing hands out against you here. This is an easy check on the flop with the intentions of C/R a late, lone better OR calling multiple callers. The hand plays differently after that.
PROTECTION OF YOUR HAND TAKES PRECIDENCE OVER ANYTHING ELSE IN LHE. TWIWP, w/ 2 callers behind your going to have to assume a Q is out there.....but its really really bad to play this hand the way you did cause you have no info on the situation ahead of you. |
