How do I find a CPA?

How do I find a decent CPA that understands the gambling tax laws? How much will it cost me?

I am a non-pro with about 10K in winnings from last year and about 2K from the year before that I never paid. I live in Austin so there are no state taxes. I could even get an out of state CPA if I had to and do it over the phone. Not sure if that's a good idea though. Advice?
