TP reraised pot vs TAG
Villain is 23/19/10 over 667 hands, I should be an unknown to him and this is my first orbit at the table. PF isn't standard but is something I do time to time. I think betting the turn is prob best but I wanted KK/QQ to value bet or air to bluff the river. FWIW I think his range calling pf OOP is fairly tight.

Re: TP reraised pot vs TAG
As played I think you have to call the river, if he turns over a bdfd or a random 2x hand ?? 22 (is that even in his range) then curse yourself for not betting turn otherwise just be happy with all the value you got by checking behind the turn.

Re: TP reraised pot vs TAG
I don't think any 2's are in this guy's range, neither are low pp's IMO, this is flush/set/maaaaybe AK/air

Re: TP reraised pot vs TAG
Surely he would have bet 44/55/JJ on the turn unless he has whiffed 2/cr's. I still think we have to call here because we've under repped our hand so much by checking behind twice.

Re: TP reraised pot vs TAG
we're underrepping a pretty weak hand so i dont know if you have to call here. personally, id fold given the action. I think beting 112 or so on the turn and checking behind the river would be my typical line.

Re: TP reraised pot vs TAG
Is this just me who likes a bet on the flop? His PSB on the river screams monster/bluff. I have to put him on AsXs to play this way. Anything else I think he must be very tricky to try a second c/r line

Re: TP reraised pot vs TAG
How can we have any idea pre whether MP has KK/QQ/anything else, he just opened raise. Based on his play POST squeeze, OP maybe can infer likelihood of MP having said hands.

Re: TP reraised pot vs TAG
Bet the turn > calling a river bet in my eyes, but I still think we prob have to call and at least make a note on what he's trying to c/r the turn with; IF he is, his line looks really polarized into a bluff or set only maaaybe bdfd but obv that's unlikely.
I think you can discount KK/QQ from villains range once he pots the river unless he is doing so as a bluff. Pay the man and right click...notes. |
