Default Beautiful flop + Beautiful turn = Still no hand OOP

Villain is running ~45/30/1.5 over enough hands to trust the pahud. He's not a horrible monkey, but he will make some pretty bad calls. He's not a player I'm eager to bluff, but on the other hand he's not completely awful and "has the ability" to fold a decent hand. He probably just flips a coin or some [censored]. He's also managed to build a pretty deep stack (not from me BTW), so he's probably on anti-tilt or whatever. Anyway, I'm playing tight even 3-handed.

1) What's the best play on the turn?
2) What do you do on a blank river?
3) How about an A or even a Q river?

shove: b/c you cant c/f so you may as well get it in with the maximum amount of fold equity

I don't think I'm ever C/F here, but is it possibly better to C/R and maybe even get to see a free river?

theres 132 in the pot and ~170 left to play with. c/r isnt too feasible an option most of the time.

Maximum fold equity doesn't always equal MAX EV if shoving isn't the best play (although it probably is in this case).
